Large-scaled cylindrical grinderStructure characteristics 1.The longitudinal movement of the working table is of hydraulic indefinite variable control, it can also be controlled by hand wheel. The work head is adoptable in certain degree to grind taper work piece. 2.The cross feeding of grinding carriage is of hydraulic control to realize rapid advancing and withdrawing,while rough and fine feeding are controlled by hand wheel. 3.Feeding guide way adopts plastic-covered guide way to promote running stability and damping ability. 4.Grinding carriage uses sleeve-typed whole shell dynamic spindle system of high rotating precision and high rigidity. 5.The work head adopts two-speed motor—three grade gear speed changing. It is with the characteristics of high driving speed, high rigidity, and easy operating. 6.Work piece spindle, grinding carriage, internal grinding spindle, hydraulic pump, cooling pump, and grinding wheel spindle lubricating pump are of control of separate motor. 7.Each moving component is with electric, hydraulic and mechanic structure. The machine is with reasonable integral layout, nice shape. The operating lever is easy and safe for operating. 8.Dressing of the grinding wheel can be achieved in two different ways.
